Not that this is loaded or anything, part: Scotus and Abortion

Objective, my ass:

"Infanticide Is No Longer Legal".

It goes without saying, but I guess I'll explain it for the Chattanoogans, who should obviously stick to fucking trains.

Infanticide is the murder of a newborn, one who passed either through the mommy parts or mommy's tummy.

The unborn are not people, because they have no consciousness.

Got that.

  1. I mean, really. By definition "infanticide" is illegal. Big fucking news story.

What is unfortunate about this Chattanoogan Donald O'Connor's article is that he rely's on the language of the 2005 Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act to justify his absurdly obviously claim that "Infanticide Is Illegal." However, people ought to read the actual Supreme Court decision handed down on April 18, 2007, particularly Justice Ginsburg's dissenting opinion which includes language such as:

"The Court offers flimsy and transparent justifications for upholding a nationwide ban on intact D&E [dilation and evacuation] sans any exception to safeguard a women's health."

    and

"This way of thinking reflects ancient notions about women's place in the family and under the Constitution--ideas that have long since been discredited."

But, hey. It's Tennessee, the South. Apparently, "ancient" notions of women's role in society still hold sway there.

    Roaring still...
