    Back when I rode the Metro an hour a day, I remember Dan Savage writing about an American HIV activist who admitted to "needing" to have bareback sex. The Fire Chief is smoking in bed.

    With people like that in office I don't think we can expect much improvement in Africa during our lifetimes. What a convoluted mess.
